1. What Farm World is
Farm World is a community multiplayer game operated by TypeTwo Agency. It is a social entertainment environment: plots, town, chat, and shared progress.
By creating an account (on the web or in the client) you accept these terms, the privacy policy, and the cookie policy. That acceptance is recorded as an electronic signature (date, version, and session technical data).
2. Open community — recommended age
Farm World is a community space. Everyone is welcome to take part respectfully.
We recommend players be 18 years or older. Even so, players of many ages, backgrounds, and play styles may be present. If you are a minor, get permission from a responsible adult before registering or playing.
By accepting, you acknowledge that chat, voice, trading, and other interactions may involve strangers. Use common sense and do not share personal data.
3. Player conduct and responsibility
You are responsible for what you write, say, and do with your account. We do not tolerate harassment, threats, discrimination, spam, cheating, exploits, or illegal content.
We disclaim responsibility for other players’ conduct. Farm World is a community platform: we do not moderate every message or interaction in real time. You may report abuse; we will act under our rules and reasonable judgment.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules, without obligation to refund progress or virtual goods.
4. Account, progress, and virtual goods
Your account is personal. Do not share your password. Gold, items, plots, and progress are a license to use inside the game, not transferable property outside Farm World, unless we say otherwise in writing.
The service may change, pause, or be interrupted for maintenance, events, or technical reasons. We do not guarantee continuous uptime or real-world economic results: in-game gold is not legal tender.
5. Disclaimer
The game is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, TypeTwo Agency and Farm World are not liable for indirect damages, data loss, progress loss, outages, or damages arising from player-to-player interactions.
Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived in your jurisdiction.
